RTPP Co-Lead Dr. Stacy Allison-Cassin Wins Research Impact Award at Dalhousie University

This year, RTPP Project Co-lead Dr. Stacy Allison-Cassin was one of two researchers at Dalhousie University’s Faculty of Management to be presented with a Research Impact Award for her work with the Respectful Terminology Platform Project.The Impact Award was created to recognize researchers who have made impactful contributions to their field of research. They are a once in a lifetime award, and cannot be won twice in one’s career. Dr. Allison-Cassin’s work is aimed at changing and updating terminology used within the Information Management profession, and is already being reflected in government, libraries and archives.
